Outsourcing

What is outsourcing?

There are situations when a company’s due diligence process reveals that some of its activities either do not fit the company’s profile or are too costly for them. In such cases, these activities, and sometimes the workforce carrying them out, are outsourced to an external company. This is called outsourcing.
The point of outsourcing is that by outsourcing, the company benefits in many ways. On the one hand, because you get a better quality of service that can be properly controlled, and, on the other hand, it makes your operations more cost-effective. Your operations will be more efficient because you can focus more on your core activities.
However, when defining the scope of services to be outsourced, it is important to consider whether outsourcing involves any risk for the company.
For a better understanding, perhaps the best example is the case of a small business that does car polishing. It also has a legal obligation to keep accounts. This is not its main activity, so it hires an accountant under a contractor’s agreement to do this job. This simple example is outsourcing, too. In short, this is the outsourcing of a task.

Outsourcing and good organisational work

Many businesses are afraid to outsource various tasks. You have probably heard that this is very risky, as it is possible that the external company you hire does the job, but not well. Unfortunately, this is also a risk in the case of an employee, but with the help of the right outsourcing company, this kind of risk can be reduced to naught.
If we examine work organisation, for example, in detail, the following benefits are worth highlighting. It is our own experience, because that is how it works for us.
So, on the one hand, with our outsourcing service, we adapt our own processes and we see them through. Based on this, we will make a recommendation to the client as to how they can increase efficiency by simply performing organisational work, which not only makes the outsourcing of one area more stable and secure, but also reduces the associated extra administration of other areas.
On the other hand, staying with the accountant’s example, in the case of a larger company, it can be a major problem if the colleague whose job it is to prepare payroll or tax returns is absent. If we are responsible for this task, this cannot happen, because we have the personnel to substitute and we can provide the service continuously.
As an outsourcing service provider, we not only provide the manpower, but we also contract for the ongoing performance of the task.

Cost reduction in infrastructure

The cost of in-house staff has already been mentioned, but savings can be made not only in this area, but also in the office overheads of the area to be outsourced. And that is not even one of the biggest items. In the case of outsourcing, the costs of purchasing and maintaining the accounting or payroll software are no longer borne by the company.

With us you can also outsource your entire HR administration.

As an outsourcing service, we take care of the entire HR administration, from employee onboarding to employee exit. Specifically, these are:

  • organising aptitude test
  • concluding an employment contract
  • payroll, social security administration
  • administration with authorities
  • prepare and issue certificates
  • submitting data provisions
  • purchase and distribution of work and protective equipment on request

Let’s talk about responsibility

We perform our tasks according to the terms and conditions set out in our outsourcing service contract. In this contract, the delegation of responsibility for the outsourced area will also be set out. This means that we are accountable.
