Personnel placement

What is personnel placement?

Personnel placement is a service. A lot of people confuse this with the concept of temporary employment agency work , but the two are not the same. Absolutely not!
Let us first clarify the differences. During the placement process, the personnel placement agency recruits the required workforce, selects the right candidate and reports to the client.
Personnel placement is a multi-level service whose role is to connect jobseekers and employers. Of course, this will be done in a way that benefits both parties as far as possible.
Personnel placement as a service is regulated by a government decree. Only those who meet the conditions laid down in the decree may pursue this activity.
And then, following on from the above, let us discuss the comment that personnel placement is not equal to temporary employment. But what is the difference? We show you.
As described earlier, in the case of personnel placement, the agency acts as a third party between the individual jobseeker and the company offering the job. Once the two parties have agreed, the process is complete (unless our HR consultancy is used) and there is no further role for the agency. So in the course of personnel placement—and let’s repeat a little bit—recruitment and selection will take place. In very simple terms, the service aims to facilitate a beneficial working relationship between the two parties.

How is personnel placement performed?

Perhaps one of the most important elements from the client’s point of view is that the personnel placement agency is able to effectively complement the work of the HR department which is usually understaffed. Why?

Because the client will only

  • specify what they need, and we will recruit and pre-screen the people who are interested,
  • and we will only refer potential candidates whose suitability we guarantee.

We also offer our clients the possibility to use our HR consultancy services in addition to hiring manpower. This provides an opportunity to optimise labour processes. You can find more information about this option on our HR consultancy page.

Here are some of the steps and processes involved in our service.

  • the process starts by assessing the client’s needs,
  • we then develop a search and selection strategy,
  • after the strategy we prepare the job advertising campaign,
  • we find the right candidates, using a variety of techniques,
  • this is followed by a pre-screening of the shortlist of suitable candidates, then by the interviews,
  • we then prepare a detailed report on the candidates we consider suitable and we also take part in the decision-making process
  • of course, we will inform both the shortlisted and the excluded candidates of the decision,
  • we facilitate the onboarding of the selected candidate and monitor their probationary period,
  • finally, if the client requires it, we also provide HR consultancy.

For which positions are our services used and why are we chosen?

It’s not really possible to single out any one position, as we receive assignments for practically every position where there is a vacancy should it be student work, intellectual or physical labour needs. But we also have clients who come to us for executive search or foreign labour placement. So we are able to cover the entire labour market, regardless of position or qualification.
We can do this because we are fast and flexible. And as we mentioned earlier, one of our big advantages is that we can complement our service with HR consultancy, which can speed up the process significantly.
