What is outsourcing?

There are situations when a company\u2019s due diligence process reveals that some of its activities either do not fit the company\u2019s profile or are too costly for them. In such cases, these activities, and sometimes the workforce carrying them out, are outsourced to an external company. This is called outsourcing.
\nThe point of outsourcing is that by outsourcing, the company benefits in many ways. On the one hand, because you get a better quality of service that can be properly controlled, and, on the other hand, it makes your operations more cost-effective. Your operations will be more efficient because you can focus more on your core activities.
\nHowever, when defining the scope of services to be outsourced, it is important to consider whether outsourcing involves any risk for the company.
\nFor a better understanding, perhaps the best example is the case of a small business that does car polishing. It also has a legal obligation to keep accounts. This is not its main activity, so it hires an accountant under a contractor\u2019s agreement to do this job. This simple example is outsourcing, too. Many businesses are afraid to outsource various tasks. You have probably heard that this is very risky, as it is possible that the external company you hire does the job, but not well. Unfortunately, this is also a risk in the case of an employee, but with the help of the right outsourcing company, this kind of risk can be reduced to naught.
