To understand HR consulting, let\u2019s first look at what HR is.

The term is short for human resources.
\nHuman resources include everything that is related to the employees and their activities in the operation of a company or enterprise.
\nHuman resources are a tool that is now essential for the implementation of corporate strategy, for the selection of the right people for the right positions, and for the motivation, control, training and development of employees.

    What aspects do we consider important in an HR consultancy?<\/strong><\/h2>\n

    Similarly to headhunting, HR consultancy is a highly complex task. It has both emotional and cold strategic aspects. We need to find a balance between the factual knowledge and a customer-oriented mindset. And by client, we mean both the employees and the employers seeking HR advice.
    \nWhen providing professional HR consultancy, all aspects need to be taken into account, and there is a really fine line when it comes to deciding who or what to prioritise. The person, the customer (the company), how important the emotional aspect should be, whether we should care about the soul.
    \nIn our HR consultancy, we try to guide the client through the process in such a way that none of the above is compromised.<\/p>\n

    But why is it so difficult?
    \n<\/strong><\/h2>\n

    This is because the perspectives of the subjects of HR consultancy are often different. We believe that for us, empathy, understanding and trust are very important, because if one looks at the employee side, that\u2019s what the people there usually want. And we are fully aware that without the right help and the right attention, no results can be achieved. And this must be made clear to our client, who sometimes takes a contrary view.
    \nWhat we can expect from the client is the development of the right strategy and its implementation. However, for the successful implementation, factual knowledge and hard work are not enough; the human factor must also be taken into account, since man is a sentient being with a soul. In our work, we have to deal with this as well.
    \nAnd in addition to all this, good HR advice requires the right factual knowledge. This means being informed and up-to-date on employer needs and the labour market. For example, we need to know where to turn if we encounter someone who is struggling with social and livelihood problems.
